Eva is a white wine made like a red wine, known as "brisados," as it ferments with the pulp and skin. Once fermented, it undergoes a period of aging in French and American oak barrels. It is then bottled and spends a few months of aging there.

Palmeri Sicilia winery, located in Tabuenca (Zaragoza province) and belonging to the D.O. Campo de Borja (The Queen of Garnacha), was founded in 2012 as a result of the union of two families: the Cuartero Cuartero family from Tabuenca and the Breitschmid Heiniger family from Meggen (Switzerland).

Campo de Borja is located in the northwest of the province of Zaragoza, 60 km from the capital.
It is a transition zone between the mountains of the Iberian System and the Ebro Valley.
It includes the Somontano del Moncayo and extends along the Huecha River Valley and the so-called Llanos de Plasencia.
The Campo de Borja Designation of Origin (D.O.) boasts authentic wines in which the Garnacha variety reaches its full splendor.
