Eladio Piñeiro founded in 1983 Bodegas Mar de Frades after several years elaborating Albariño wine, before being granted the Denomination of origin Rías Baixas.

He never wanted a large wine cellar, but he was always obsessed with making a personal wine, and a special elaboration of tear wort was born that he presented in partnership with the harvest of 91 and a unique garment (bottle of personalized BLUE GLASS) A revolution in the external image of a quality wine.

  He then added a hidden message on the label to the consumer, which consisted in the appearance of a galleon when the wine was at optimum temperature for consumption. He also managed to position an exclusive liquor of marc and the rest of the range in a bottle in the form of traditional alembic.
