D'Altamira winery is a new cellar of the Rias Baixas DO, technologically very advanced.
We thought that the wine we were making for our consumption, instead of selling the rest of the grape to a winery, it would be very interesting to create our own wine with a few different shades of the rest of the albariños of Rías Baixas. For this we made a wine that is Albariño Brandal, whose main characteristic is that it is 100% macerated.
