Made from Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. After aging separately in their respective soleras for 12 years, the two wines are combined to age again in a 45-boot Solera located in the cellar's Sacristy.

Denomination of Origin of Cream East India Lustau wine

Jerez-Xérès-Sherry is the Spanish wine designation of origin that legally protects the upbringing and marketing of part of the wines traditionally called sherry.
On January 19, 1935 the first regulation of the denomination was published, which served as a model for other Spanish denominations that emerged later.

Variety: 80% Palomino Fino and 20% Pedro Ximenez
Our vineyards receive around 3,000 hours of sunshine each year, accompanied by a relatively high rainfall (600 liters per square meter on average per year). Limestone earth of a very white color.
